Edwards Landscape & Construction is a North Bay, Ontario contractor covering both the living and the built side of a property. Landscaping covers sod, lawn restoration, garden beds, planting, and grading. Hardscaping covers interlock, paver patios, walkways, steps, and retaining walls, all set on a deep compacted base made for Northern Ontario freeze-thaw. Excavation and drainage covers the groundwork underneath: site preparation, regrading, foundation waterproofing, weeping tile, and french drains that move water away from the home. Home renovations covers the inside, from kitchens and bathrooms to interior painting, flooring, and trim. Construction covers the larger builds: decks, covered structures, garages, additions, and full general contracting where one contractor manages the permits, the trades, and the schedule.
Every project is run personally by owner Kayden Edwards. The company is licensed, fully insured, and backs its work with a three-year workmanship warranty. Pricing is quoted in writing after an on-site visit, never over the phone and never as a rough guess, and each service page publishes its own typical cost range so homeowners can budget before they call.
